  • The Distributorship will have one Van for delivery of small consignments & one LCV for bigger      consignments.

  • The Entire operating system will be fully computerised and well connected with latest      telecommunication systems.

  • Sales Executives will be provided with Motor bike and Mobile for efficient working and better      connectivity.

  • To put Materials Handling Equipments in use for proper handling of Materials I.e. Unloading, Loading,      and stacking purpose.

Storage & Inventory Control

  • Storage System will be a state of Art for proper stacking and efficient handling of the inward and      outbound materials.

  • Heavy duty as well as normal Racks will be put in place according to requirement of materials to be      kept.

  • To put Materials Handling Equipments in use for proper handling of materials (say Loading, Unloading,      & stacking purpose).

  • Proper/ Efficient Inventory Control – Using FIFO system in materials management.

  • Use of Bin and Bin Cards.

  • Entire Materials Management Process would be fully computerised.
